Responsibilities
- Deliver features critical to Xero’s success in the UK
- Respond to customer needs and align regional product requirements with global roadmaps
- Solve complex problems across Xero’s products
- Collaborate with product owners and partner teams to design, build, and ship solutions
- Work across products including Payments, Accounting, and Payroll
Requirements
- Experience with resilient software design and agile development
- Ability to solve complex problems independently and quickly learn unfamiliar codebases and domains
- Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-engagement skills
- Commitment to building robust, scalable software for long-term ownership
- Experience with C#, React, and AWS
