Base Salary
$224k - $344k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build ML and LLM systems for operational forecasting, schedule-risk detection, and vendor-document structure extraction.
- Own models end to end, including problem framing, data, deployment, evaluation, and production iteration.
- Ship agentic systems with guardrails, authorization, auditability, and evaluations that can act on company systems.
- Partner with data engineering and product teams to integrate predictions into the tools employees use.
- Build evaluation harnesses that accurately measure model quality before production users encounter issues.
Requirements
- Experience shipping ML or LLM features to production and owning them after launch.
- Experience building evaluation harnesses for measuring model quality.
- Ability to select and defend appropriately simple modeling approaches.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, fine-tuning, or retrieval systems applied to real business problems.
- Production-quality coding skills and fluency with AI coding tools.
- Preferred experience with forecasting or scheduling, document extraction at scale, agentic frameworks, MCP, Temporal, or workflow engines.
