Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Make core contributions to Gemini that advance the capabilities of digital agents and enable production deployment.
- Identify areas where models can be improved.
- Train and evaluate agents across various digital environments.
- Develop multi-step reinforcement learning approaches in multimodal digital environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
- Experience programming in Python.
- Experience writing tests for ML purposes using TensorFlow or similar tools for post-silicon data collection and pre-silicon modeling and correlation.
- Experience with large language models, NLP, or generative AI.
- Preferred: experience building, scaling, and training or fine-tuning AI models and systems.
- Preferred: deep expertise in reinforcement learning.
