Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and operational impact.
- Implement GenAI solutions, use ML infrastructure, and contribute to data preparation, optimization, and performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of programming experience in Python and C++.
- At least 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Experience with GenAI concepts such as LLMs, multimodal systems, and large vision models, plus experience with text, image, video, or audio generation.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: Experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base pay is $147000-$210000 annually, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
