Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI agents using Agentforce and other AI platforms.
- Pioneer intelligent automations in enterprise environments.
- Build test automations to improve QA efficiencies.
- Collaborate with product designers and end-users to refine AI use cases.
- Execute tasks in the application development life cycle using various programming languages.
- Perform unit tests and create quality test scripts.
- Analyze and debug systems for standard issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for builds and AI agents.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and peer review their work.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents and workflows.
- Experience creating intelligent process automations using tools like Power Automate.
- Solid experience writing clean code in JavaScript, Apex, and Python.
- Proficient in DevOps processes and tools.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies for iterative solution delivery.
- Solid experience with automated testing frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models and security.
- Excellent organization and critical-thinking skills.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
