Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
- Build frameworks and tools for developing, testing, and deploying autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, or related distributed systems.
- A generalist technical background across multiple domains.
- Proven ability to design and own production systems and make architecture and infrastructure decisions.
- Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, platforms, or comparable infrastructure abstractions.
- Comfort working across the full stack, from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
