Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end advertiser-facing experiences for campaign management, self-service, reporting, asset management, permissions, audience segments, and other AdTech workflows.
- Develop complex web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop backend services and integrations using Node.js and TypeScript, APIs, MongoDB, Redis, and asynchronous workflows.
- Own features from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, rollout, and production support.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, the Retail Media business team, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the platform architecture and engineering practices as the organization grows.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript building complex production web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js or comparable backend technologies.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs and services.
- Ability and interest in working across the frontend/backend boundary and owning complete product features.
- Experience with Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B self-service platforms is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud-native and distributed systems is advantageous.
- Collaborative approach in fast-growing product environments.
