Responsibilities
- Design, build, integrate, and test software components across the AI architecture.
- Design agent architectures and orchestration patterns covering prompts, tools, skills, handoffs, state management, memory, and error recovery.
- Evaluate design options, frameworks, models, and integration approaches against capability, cost, performance, and reliability objectives.
- Build evaluation strategies and harnesses for agent and system quality, including accuracy, relevance, and faithfulness.
- Architect foundation-model integrations, including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and custom model integration.
- Build context graphs, ingestion pipelines, embeddings, vector storage, retrieval, reranking, context assembly, and memory components.
- Design for latency, throughput, cost efficiency, caching, and resource utilization.
- Implement guardrails, prompt-injection defenses, PII handling, access controls, versioning, audit logging, lineage tracking, and model documentation.
- Build production observability through logging, tracing, monitoring, alerting, and cost tracking.
- Produce architecture decision records, blueprints, design documents, diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and application developers on client delivery engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions using at least one cloud vendor as an AI/ML architect.
- Experience in agentic AI, LLM, and generative AI systems.
- Professional experience architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
- Strong knowledge of coding, engineering, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP solutions and applications.
- At least two years of coding experience using Python.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
