Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, production-grade Python services leveraging LLMs and Agentic architectures.
- Create robust agent workflows and orchestration patterns to automate complex business processes.
- Build and maintain reliable AI-enabled backend systems, including orchestration layers and tool integrations.
- Design modern knowledge access architectures for LLM systems, including retrieval strategies and semantic indexing.
- Apply strong software engineering practices to ensure reliability and maintainability of AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into secure, compliant, and scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions including agent orchestration and model integration patterns.
- Optionally contribute to user interfaces using Angular or React.
- Ensure systems meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, and compliance.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and fluent in Dutch or French.
- 5+ years of professional experience building enterprise-grade Python applications.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Agentic or LLM-powered systems in production.
- Strong expertise applying large language models to complex automation and decision-support problems.
- Experience designing agentic architectures, including orchestration and planning workflows.
- Experience building LLM systems that combine reasoning and dynamic information retrieval.
- Deep proficiency in Python, including modern frameworks and best practices.
- Experience developing production APIs and backend services that integrate with enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience building reliable AI systems beyond prototypes.
