Responsibilities
- Build Finn, the first AI-powered wealth manager.
- Design and own the core backend infrastructure, including multi-agent LLM architecture.
- Work with massive financial datasets to create systems for LLM interpretation and action.
- Push the boundaries of AI in money management, including autonomous financial planning.
- Collaborate with frontend, design, and founding teams to craft user experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer developing production-level systems.
- Experience with LLM models and AI-driven systems.
- Fluent in Node/Typescript, Python, Postgres, and AWS.
- Proven ability to architect complex distributed systems with tools like Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with performance optimization and problem-solving in backend systems.
- Comfortable taking ownership and building new systems from scratch in a startup environment.
