Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers through application design, development, and delivery.
- Design and architect end-to-end enterprise web solutions spanning front-end, back-end, database, and API layers.
- Optimize application platforms, systems, and development processes for performance and efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish peer review processes.
- Drive technical design decisions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Own CI/CD pipeline implementation, deployment automation, and release management.
- Implement application monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
- Architect AI integration features and oversee adoption of GitHub Copilot and vibe coding practices.
- Design and manage Azure API Management policies, gateways, and API lifecycle.
- Coordinate with SharePoint, Power Platform, and QA leads for integrated delivery.
- Manage task assignments, sprint deliverables, and team capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full application stack and evaluate modern frameworks, libraries, and development tools.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of full stack development experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Angular, React, .NET/.NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Experience leading development teams of at least three members.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, API Management, DevOps pipelines, and containerization.
- Demonstrated ability in solution design, architecture, and process optimization.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices patterns, and authentication frameworks.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC and experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models.
- Proficiency using JIRA for defect management, test tracking, and collaboration with development teams.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
