Base Salary
$82k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and potentially other platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitLab or comparable tools.
- Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes or similar software.
- Apply automated security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve DevSecOps pipeline performance and comprehensiveness.
- Support backup and disaster recovery strategy development and implementation.
- Collaborate with development teams to accomplish established goals.
- Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs.
- Identify constraints, remove bottlenecks, improve processes, and create efficiencies using DevSecOps methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Security+ certification.
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Preferred: certifications related to cloud platforms or Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
