Responsibilities
- Elicit business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into application requirements and technical specifications.
- Design, develop, customize, maintain, and integrate Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Build Power Automate flows, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Dataverse solutions, and Azure Logic Apps integrations.
- Create integrations using connectors to Azure, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other approved data sources.
- Support Copilot Studio and other AI-assisted solutions, including connected actions, knowledge sources, topics, integrations, testing, and user experience improvements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver automation, low-code, and Copilot-enabled solutions with appropriate usability, security, governance, and supportability.
- Configure, test, validate, document, and support solutions across multiple concurrent projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, relevant Microsoft certifications, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint solution development.
- 2 to 3 years of experience designing and creating Power Automate flows, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, or similar Microsoft low-code solutions.
- 1 to 2 years of experience using connectors and data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Clear understanding of Power Apps formulas and development methods.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its interactions with SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Fluent use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, prompt engineering, and agents.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and the broader Azure ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into application requirements and communicate effectively in a team.
- Experience testing, validating, and documenting automation or Copilot-enabled solutions to ensure accurate, secure, and supportable outcomes.
- Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational and agent-based solutions, Frontier agents, Power Platform governance, Azure DevOps, source control, or Power Platform ALM is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI and DAX is a plus.
