Responsibilities
- Configure Atrix templates, pipelines, and AI workflows for complex scientific and medical processes.
- Set up and validate customer-approved data sources and ensure reliable, accurate AI-generated outputs.
- Drive customer implementations from onboarding through configuration, validation, go-live, and iteration.
- Lead weekly customer calls and serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise accounts.
- Build rapid prototypes and workflow experiments for go-to-market initiatives.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements and partner with engineering on bugs and enhancements.
- Own business-sense QA, accuracy validation, risk identification, guardrails, AI evaluations, and scalable validation processes.
- Create internal SOPs for deployment, QA, template configuration, and customer onboarding.
- Own 3–5 enterprise accounts end-to-end within six months and identify scalable product opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, ML implementation, data engineering, or adjacent roles.
- A CS degree is required if the candidate previously held a non-software engineering role.
- Strong Python experience and comfort with light frontend work in React and TypeScript.
- Ability to write evaluations and optimize AI-driven workflows.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-native tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to intelligent, non-technical scientific audiences.
- Strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and detail in high-stakes workflows.
- Customer-facing experience and willingness to own outcomes.
- Startup experience is strongly preferred.
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, real-world data, data science, healthcare AI startups, technical consulting, or deploying AI in regulated or enterprise settings is preferred.
