Responsibilities

  • Transform workflows by integrating AI into systems and processes.
  • Experiment with AI tools to enhance team performance and share insights.
  • Lead technical pre-sales campaigns from discovery to technical selection.
  • Conduct deep technical discovery to assess prospects' architectures and challenges.
  • Organize technical workshops to align solutions with business outcomes.
  • Develop value demonstration plans to differentiate Klaviyo from competitors.
  • Become an internal expert on the Klaviyo platform and its integration capabilities.
  • Prototype integration specifications and custom solutions for pre-sales.
  • Provide technical insights to influence product development.
  • Train sales colleagues to enhance technical knowledge across the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with web development languages and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CDPs, ecommerce platforms, and analytics.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English for effective communication.
  • Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Familiarity with the evolving technical landscape and modern solutions.
