Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and own developer tooling, platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and build data ecosystems for visibility into engineering health.
- Define a roadmap for developer experience improvements and measure impact.
- Understand engineering workflows and pain points to build empathetic solutions.
- Lead the design and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for secure deployments.
- Create documentation and standards for team self-service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align investments with business priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends in developer productivity.
- Champion the adoption of AI to improve team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience building developer tools, platforms, or pipeline systems.
- Expert proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Bash, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience building data pipelines and observability systems.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD systems including Jenkins and GitHub.
- Experience with artifact management tools like JFrog Artifactory.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
- A product mindset with strong communication skills.
