Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company’s iOS product in collaboration with multi-platform engineering and QA teams.
- Lead development of high-impact core features.
- Own features from research and technical design through implementation, release, and post-launch maintenance.
- Collaborate with iOS developers across the organization to evolve architecture and adopt SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency.
- Write unit and integration tests, maintain app quality, and document developed features.
- Contribute to development processes, conventions, and architectural solutions in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience for the iOS platform.
- Demonstrated expertise writing readable, maintainable, and performant protocol-oriented Swift code.
- Experience writing high-quality, testable code and unit and integration tests.
- Knowledge of Apple build systems, release tools, and processes, including Git, Fastlane, and Xcode Command Line Tools.
- Familiarity with MVVM or MVVM+C and reactive functional programming principles such as Combine or RxSwift.
- Ability to follow Continuous Integration and Agile product development principles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional frontend, desktop, Android, and backend teams is a bonus.
- Understanding of client-side requirements involving end-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge policies is a bonus.
