Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system.
- Build Document Intelligence services for document transformation, metadata extraction, content enrichment, and entity recognition.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and gather feedback.
- Provide input into architectural decisions supporting system stability and performance.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve delivery processes.
- Partner with cross-functional Agile and DevOps implementation teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in most of Java, Python, and Spring Boot, with willingness to learn additional technologies.
- Some experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience using a modern IDE such as IntelliJ or VS Code and refactoring tools.
- Some experience with test-driven development and mocking libraries such as Jest and Mockito.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Agile practices including Scrum and Kanban.
- Desirable familiarity with AI coding tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, and Antigravity.
- Willingness to learn agentic software development and distributed, event-driven solutions using Kafka and AWS cloud services.
- Strong collaboration, learning, and continuous-improvement orientation.
