Base Salary
$113k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter solutions.
- Drive Guidewire Cloud Platform upgrades, modernization, environment management, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for production support, enhancements, defect resolution, and application lifecycle management.
- Design and implement integrations between Guidewire applications and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, messaging, and API-based architectures.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical design validation, and enforcement of Guidewire development best practices.
- Lead onsite-offshore delivery teams, coordinate development activities, and ensure delivery quality across workstreams.
- Support release planning, deployments, performance optimization, and production stability initiatives.
- Mentor Guidewire developers and engineering teams and partner with business and IT leadership on continuous improvement and cloud transformation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with Guidewire solutions, including significant hands-on expertise in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
- Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform, cloud upgrades, cloud deployments, and modernization initiatives.
- Expertise in Gosu, Java, SQL, Guidewire integrations, REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise application integration patterns.
- Experience supporting production systems, enhancement projects, release management, and cloud migration programs.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance processes, policy administration, billing, and insurance operations.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing onsite-offshore delivery models in enterprise environments.
- Strong technical architecture, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering large-scale Guidewire Cloud implementation, migration, or support programs.
- Guidewire Cloud, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile delivery environments and modern software engineering practices is desirable.
