Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, test, debug, modify, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and release activities.
- Prepare code documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, project specifications, and status updates.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Track customer feedback and requests while supporting quality, usability, serviceability, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to remain current with programming practices.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in software design, coding, testing, debugging, maintenance, and troubleshooting is required by the role responsibilities.
- Ability to understand requirements, analyze system flows and data usage, and create feasible software solutions.
- Ability to develop automated validation processes and execute software test cases.
- Ability to document solutions, communicate project status, and interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages and participate in continuing education and certifications.
