$158k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable, performance-driven frontend solutions for growth funnels, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Write well-tested, efficient React and TypeScript code supporting robust performance and smooth user interactions.
- Build and integrate A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, and analytics solutions to optimize user acquisition.
- Partner with data scientists, product managers, designers, and marketing teams to deliver user-focused experiences.
- Develop prototypes, optimize user journeys, reduce friction, and increase conversions.
- Provide technical leadership, champion frontend best practices, and shape the architectural roadmap for growth products.
- Apply secure coding practices, identify vulnerabilities, and safeguard user data while meeting global privacy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React, with the ability to write clean, modular, maintainable code.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, metrics, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development.
- Ability to create seamless user experiences and apply user research and design thinking.
- Strong collaboration, mentorship, communication, adaptability, curiosity, and ownership skills.
- Ability to incorporate security principles and protect user data throughout the development process.
