Responsibilities

  • Design and build full-stack enterprise applications using hands-on development and AI coding tools.
  • Develop reliable APIs and integrations connecting digital products with enterprise systems.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code and technical documentation such as ADRs and RFCs.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and support application observability through logging, metrics, and monitoring.
  • Participate in sprint cycles, peer code reviews, user engagement, and issue resolution.
  • Share engineering best practices through internal technical blogs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Design, build, and maintain secure data pipelines that move, transform, and synchronize data across networks.

Requirements

  • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with modern web application development using Spring Boot, React, and Python.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MSSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with search engines such as Elasticsearch and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience integrating LLM and agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
  • Technical expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, data pipelines, ETL processes, and cross-network data synchronization is a plus.
  • Comfort working in small, fast-moving teams.
  • At least three years of software engineering experience may qualify candidates for senior positions.
  • Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
