Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical customer conversations to identify, qualify, and address authentication use cases, requirements, and constraints.
- Collaborate with sales to demonstrate Stytch’s business and technical value.
- Lead technical demos and proofs-of-concept of Stytch’s authentication platform.
- Convert customer deployment learnings into repeatable implementation methodologies and playbooks.
- Develop expertise in authentication and authorization concepts and policies including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
- Partner with Product to shape the roadmap using prospect and customer feedback, challenges, and growth drivers.
Requirements
- Communicate credibly and effectively with audiences ranging from CTOs to software engineers.
- Read and write code to create example applications and code snippets for customers.
- Understand modern web services and APIs; familiarity with SAML, OAuth, MFA, and IdP concepts is a bonus.
- Have experience in a technical consulting role supporting mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Demonstrate curiosity, tenacity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a high-growth environment.
