Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical customer conversations to identify and address authentication use cases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate the business and technical value of Stytch.
- Conduct technical demos and proof of concepts for Stytch’s authentication platform.
- Codify learnings from customer deployments into repeatable methodologies and playbooks.
- Develop expertise in authentication and authorization concepts like SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
- Partner with the Product organization to shape the roadmap based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a tenacious approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to read and write code, with experience in sharing example apps and code snippets.
- Familiarity with modern web services and APIs, and experience with authentication protocols is a bonus.
- Experience in a technical consulting role supporting mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth environment and building necessary processes.
