Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PowerShell, Python, and SQL data-transformation scripts for application account and entitlement payloads.
- Extract, clean, standardize, and format data into SCIM, REST API, or JDBC payloads for SailPoint ingestion.
- Partner with application teams to resolve data-quality issues, eliminate nonstandard local User IDs, and achieve Workday WID account correlation.
- Build RBAC and ABAC role models in SailPoint to replace unmanaged static entitlements with role bundles.
- Automate manual administrative processes using PowerShell, Python, REST API integrations, and RPA bots.
- Educate Application Owners on SOX, SOC, Segregation of Duties, and audit-evidence requirements.
- Manage multiple application onboarding tracks, scripting tasks, and operational escalations concurrently.
Requirements
- Experience in IAM engineering, payload integration, or directory automation.
- Advanced experience with PowerShell, Python, SQL, REST/SCIM APIs, RPA, SailPoint, Active Directory/Entra ID, and ITSM frameworks.
- Ability to independently own application onboarding pipelines from discovery through production validation.
- Ability to manage 3–5 application onboarding streams concurrently in a high-velocity environment.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder-influence skills, including the ability to work with nontechnical Application Owners.
