Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and deploy iOS software applications or operating-system software.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, resolve system issues, and improve software performance and availability.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements with engineering staff.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and release-related information.
- Coordinate with project teams and clients on requirements, clarifications, delivery progress, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and management information reporting.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to learn new programming languages and improve technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with iOS.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, and perform software development and maintenance.
- Ability to create and execute software validation and testing scenarios and ensure code quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system performance.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Strong client-facing communication and customer service skills, including email, calls, and fault-report tracking.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
