Responsibilities

Partner with teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation.
Apply advanced GenAI techniques to design and build functional prototypes.
Collaborate with teams to evolve prototypes into scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
Provide guidance on AI capabilities and mentor team members on best practices.
Pilot new AI solutions, gather feedback, and support adoption.
Work with central AI Platform and DevX teams to ensure scalability and security.
Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.
Define success metrics and communicate the value of AI initiatives.

5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 months in applied AI.
Proven expertise in designing and maintaining production services.
Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang.
Understanding of LLM capabilities and hands-on experience with AI tools.
Highly analytical and structured problem-solver.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and non-engineering teams.
Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations.
