Responsibilities

Design and build orchestration and planning systems for Dropbox’s agent platform.
Implement real-time execution frameworks for reliable multi-agent coordination.
Develop clean APIs, data models, and protocols for new agent capabilities.
Build and maintain the evaluation platform to measure agent performance.
Establish observability, testing, and debugging workflows for production systems.
Collaborate with AI research and product teams to translate goals into robust systems.
Contribute to technical roadmaps, design documents, and architecture reviews.

9+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-scale systems.
Proven experience in building or operating orchestration, workflow, or scheduling systems.
Strong understanding of system design, service reliability, and API design.
Ability to drive complex technical projects end-to-end across teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical discussions.
