Responsibilities
- Apply software and systems engineering methods, tools, and standards to development, configuration, integration, testing, and support work.
- Analyze requirements, dependencies, and tradeoffs to determine task approaches across one or more projects.
- Communicate technical status, risks, issues, and implications with team and partner teams.
- Coordinate assigned work independently to meet commitments, maintain quality, and support project timelines.
- Guide peers through reviews, templates, examples, and task-level support.
- Improve tools, processes, and team practices to reduce rework and strengthen reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: certification in Agile, Scrum, or cloud fundamentals.
