Responsibilities
- Administer, analyze, design, program, debug, test, and modify enhancements for DocuSign CLM, GoTransverse, and ServicePath.
- Translate internal client requirements into application features and prototypes.
- Perform unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing.
- Troubleshoot applications and resolve issues efficiently.
- Evaluate existing applications and develop scalable, maintainable features.
- Create technical documentation and handbooks describing application design and architecture.
- Maintain application software security and integrity according to enterprise protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Require 3–6 years of professional application and software development experience.
- Require 3–6 years of hands-on coding experience with languages and technologies such as Python, C#, JSON, Java, SQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Require experience working in a global team and for a US-based company.
- Require knowledge of commercial business processes and billing-related customizations involving CPQ, ServicePath, Salesforce, Workday, and DocuSign CLM.
- Require knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes and the application development lifecycle.
- Require enterprise API integration experience, including RESTful and SOAP web services and fault-tolerant code.
- Require experience with waterfall and agile development frameworks.
- Prefer 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting DocuSign CLM.
- Prefer advanced knowledge of DocuSign CLM+, DocuSign IAM, or DocuSign Navigator.
- Prefer experience with complex consumption- or usage-based billing models.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with generic AI platforms such as Azure AI and Gemini is a plus.
- Require strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
