Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled software solutions that enhance mission delivery and automate complex workflows.
- Develop and deploy AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Design and implement agentic workflows for structured task execution and measurable outcomes.
- Build APIs, integrate AI components into applications, and apply secure software engineering practices.
- Use cloud platforms such as AWS, including compute, storage, and data pipelines.
- Apply embedding models, vector databases, and semantic search to AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical AI/ML concepts to stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and operate independently on complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Python and common frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience developing and deploying AI-enabled applications involving LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows for structured task execution and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including compute, storage, and data pipelines.
- Experience with software engineering, API development, AI component integration, and secure development practices.
- Knowledge of embedding models, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet U.S. government client eligibility requirements.
- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph is preferred.
