Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution and commercial creation and integration for managed services and digital transformation opportunities.
- Conduct scoping workshops, questionnaires, solution discussions, MVD/CAS sessions, due diligence, and pursuit-related workshops.
- Design differentiated, winnable solutions with internal stakeholders, clients, third-party advisors, sales teams, and delivery teams.
- Develop winning themes, SWOT and competitor analyses, reusable bid components, templates, and pursuit-management frameworks.
- Manage and mentor junior and mid-level solution managers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated techno-commercial capability, customer interaction, and solution presentation skills.
- Strong IT infrastructure knowledge across on-premises and cloud compute, networking, security, end-user services, service management, managed services, and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of service assurance, automation tools, and ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Knowledge of pricing models, IT spend analysis, business-case development, TCO analysis, and ROI analysis.
- Strong complex problem-solving, communication, presentation, analytical, project-management, and time-management skills.
- Awareness of industry IT trends and analyst or third-party-advisor reports from Gartner, Everest, Forrester, ISG, BCG, HfS, and IDC.
- Experience in cross-cultural environments and with top-tier outsourcing organizations.
- Flexibility and mobility for short domestic and international business travel of up to two months.
