Staff AI Solution Architect
GE VernovaResponsibilities
- Lead strategic technical and business discussions shaping AI solution architecture.
- Develop implementation roadmaps by analyzing current and future states of AI solutions.
- Translate business needs into architectural requirements and contribute to infrastructure governance.
- Partner with service providers and cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Own AI components across architecture, testing, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure solutions comply with architectural frameworks, GDPR, SOX, security requirements, and Responsible AI guidelines.
- Research emerging AI technologies and explore new Databricks and Microsoft capabilities.
- Shape analytics product roadmaps with product managers and data architects.
- Define and track KPIs measuring AI solution success and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-based AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of aligning AI architecture with business objectives.
- Expertise with Databricks services and the Microsoft AI solution ecosystem.
- Ability to adapt AI applications to Microsoft cloud platforms and AWS.
- Familiarity with automation, DevOps practices, and cloud-native AI tools.
- Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Experience building and scaling AI applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong business acumen, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with GE or GE Vernova is highly preferred.
