Responsibilities
- Analyze use cases, user stories, and UML diagrams to create detailed test cases.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test suites covering application functionality.
- Execute manual testing to validate application functionality and performance.
- Support test automation using tools such as Playwright and Cypress.
- Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions and collect stakeholder feedback.
- Develop and maintain test strategies aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate daily testing activities, priorities, progress, blockers, and testing-plan execution.
- Guide and support offshore testers to promote consistent testing practices and quality.
- Coordinate with the Overall Test Lead and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Report testing progress, risks, issues, findings, dependencies, and overall quality status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or a similar field, or equivalent working experience.
- At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in a Test Manager or Test Lead role.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Playwright.
- Ability to interpret complex documentation and translate it into actionable test cases.
- Experience organizing and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members, particularly offshore testers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, spoken English, and written English skills.
- Azure DevOps proficiency is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
