Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, technical teams, and customers to gather requirements and maintain project alignment.
- Lead the technical design of Guidewire solutions across multiple workstreams.
- Support business analysis teams with requirements gathering, workshops, interviews, and technical documentation.
- Oversee Guidewire module configuration and ensure technical requirements are implemented accurately.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Mentor and motivate Technical analysts and provide technical leadership across Guidewire programs.
- Monitor upcoming Guidewire releases and help customers and project teams plan for their capabilities and value.
Requirements
- Extensive experience implementing Guidewire solutions, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter.
- Strong understanding of insurance industry processes and terminology and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience leading and motivating a team of Technical analysts.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Background in business process reengineering or change management.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges in fast-paced project environments.
