Responsibilities
- Support Solution Architects with solution development, design, approval, planning, costing, and pricing processes.
- Lead and manage the team, take responsibility for team decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Assist with client AI assessments and agentic solution design.
- Refine solution approaches to improve design quality and delivery outcomes.
- Align solution strategies with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Support less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and guidance.
- Analyze emerging trends and contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Competent proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work alongside Senior Solution Architects.
- Understanding of technical concepts including MCP, Digital Brain, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Interest in bringing AI solutions to clients and learning Accenture assets including Reinvention.AI and the Strategic Insights Platform.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, provide technical solution guidance, and manage team performance.
