Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and translate customer requirements and domain challenges into enterprise AI architectures.
- Architect, prototype, and build tailored AI solutions for complex operational use cases on the Celonis platform.
- Own high-stakes Proof-of-Value projects from solution design through implementation, adoption, and realized business value.
- Deliver secure, scalable LLM and agent systems using RAG, tools, function calling, orchestration, and enterprise guardrails.
- Present AI transformation narratives, solution demonstrations, ROI/TCO models, and business impact to C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
- Maintain strategic-account relationships and advise customers through value realization and operational transformation.
- Develop reusable methodologies and globally scalable assets, and mentor junior peers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in executive-facing presales or value engineering, including technical close ownership and accountable Proof-of-Value execution.
- Deep knowledge of operational workflows and industry domains such as supply chain or finance, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
- Advanced experience with LLM orchestration, tool use/function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise agentic patterns.
- Expert practical application of linear and nonlinear optimization, statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, and predictive forecasting.
- Extensive experience designing production ML/LLMOps deployment architectures and reliability standards across cloud providers.
- Proficiency in Python, modular API design, reusable libraries, advanced SQL, scalable data integration, and ML/AI frameworks.
- Experience with secure enterprise cloud architecture, IAM, data governance, privacy laws, and security standards.
- Strong executive-level presentation, whiteboarding, demonstration, communication, and English-language skills.
- A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
