Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and own end-to-end implementations of high-stakes prototypes and production-ready solutions.
  • Drive technical direction for experiments involving AI, machine learning, and frontier technologies.
  • Establish code-review governance, improve engineering standards, and mentor peers on code quality.
  • Explain technical concepts, architectural decisions, and project velocity to executive stakeholders and engineering peers.
  • Adapt technical strategies rapidly in response to changing requirements, user feedback, and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go and the ability to select appropriate technologies for the task.
  • Experience building applications with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and/or back-end frameworks such as Node.js or Springboot.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies and data architecture.
  • Mastery of agentic coding workflows and effective use of advanced development tools, Model Context Protocol, and LLMs.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, autonomy, and mentorship skills.
  • Desired qualifications include hands-on exposure to LLM, AI, or machine learning projects; deep knowledge of AWS or Azure and distributed-system design; experience with remote or globally distributed teams; and open-source or technology-community contributions.
