Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own the end-to-end implementation of high-stakes prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Drive the technical direction and collaborate with teams to experiment with AI and machine learning.
- Establish governance for code reviews and mentor peers to improve code quality.
- Articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and engineering peers.
- Navigate ambiguity and pivot technical strategies based on user feedback and market changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with front-end and/or back-end frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Mastery of an agentic coding operating model and advanced development tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication for technical discussions.
- Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems independently.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills for collaborative discussions.
