Base Salary
$135k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set the technical vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture for the demo platform.
- Design and operate shared demo infrastructure with templates, automated provisioning and resets, data generation, and observability.
- Build full-stack sample applications, integrations, interactive demos, and guided product experiences.
- Drive AI-assisted tooling for demo preparation, validation, and maintenance.
- Support high-visibility demos for launches, keynotes, conferences, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering Security on demo environments and lead architecture and code reviews.
- Mentor Demo Engineers and Senior Demo Engineers and represent Demo Engineering in cross-functional technical decisions.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, technical marketing, DevOps, solutions architecture, or demo engineering.
- Experience with cybersecurity, identity, Privileged Access Management, developer tools, or a related technical domain.
- Experience building full-stack and automation solutions with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Python.
- Experience designing systems that other engineers can build on and operating infrastructure with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts including SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, device trust, passwordless authentication, and passkeys.
- Ability to balance speed, reliability, cost, and security and explain technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience with interactive SaaS demo platforms such as Reprise, Navattic, Walnut, or Arcade is valuable.
- Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, live event demos, utilization analysis, AI-assisted tooling, or MCP servers is valuable.
