Responsibilities
- Partner with Solution Architects to deliver enterprise contact center solutions.
- Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and identify customer requirements and processes.
- Translate functional user stories into technical details and implementation solutions.
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
- Develop solution designs and integrations using programming best practices.
- Lead development teams, distribute tasks, and perform code reviews.
- Deliver technical end-user training and documentation.
- Take the lead technical role on enterprise projects with minimal direction.
Requirements
- Hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
- Experience building integrations across multiple systems and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of JSON and related services.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience with CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
- Experience implementing CI/CD or infrastructure as code.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
