Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Create and optimize complex data models for performance and scalability.
- Translate business requirements into effective data architecture solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and adopt technologies that improve project delivery.
- Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Knowledge of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Experience creating and optimizing complex data models.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data architecture solutions.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and schema design best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Python and Snowflake Schema are good-to-have skills.
