Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain code using Python, Golang, or a similar programming language.
- Add new features, debug software, and identify and track issues in Red Hat products such as RHEL and OpenShift.
- Collaborate with engineering, Quality Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Documentation teams throughout the product cycle.
- Work with a senior mentor and participate in multiple Global Engineering projects and intern curriculum.
- Network and collaborate with other interns and broader international teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing the final year of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
- Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of software engineering and willingness to use Python, Golang, or a similar programming language.
- Passion, curiosity, and willingness to learn, investigate how systems work internally, and contribute as part of a wider team.
