Base Salary
$80k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Discover customer needs and craft geospatial solutions for electric, gas, water, sewer, stormwater, and telecommunications industries.
- Configure ArcGIS applications, tools, and information models for industry-specific uses.
- Identify and document ArcGIS Solution configuration and usage patterns.
- Create and maintain product documentation, product briefs, presentations, and enablement materials.
- Provide product design input to improve usability and customer experience.
- Collaborate with customers, software development, business development, and professional services teams to define and develop solutions.
- Design and author test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability.
- Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report findings.
- Assess product quality and release readiness while maintaining existing ArcGIS Solutions.
- Present and evangelize solutions to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in utilities, infrastructure, or telecommunications and experience applying ArcGIS to industry workflows.
- Experience implementing and using ArcGIS Utility Networks.
- Ability to document and build GIS workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in geography or a related field.
- Knowledge of utility data management, asset management, and related utility workflows is preferred.
- Electric utility GIS experience is preferred.
- Data modeling experience is preferred.
- Programming experience with scripting languages such as Python or Arcade is preferred.
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro and configuring web-based GIS applications is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
