Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software features according to design specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Plan and perform unit and functionality testing to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Address technical queries and support user acceptance testing with customers.
- Suggest enhancements to meet client requirements while adhering to product frameworks.
- Independently collaborate with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams.
- Occasionally work on client sites or in different time zones.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise software development.
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent with relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in global and matrix organizational environments.
- Mandatory experience in financial markets or capital market compliance domains.
- Preference for candidates with Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) development experience.
- Proven expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Unix commands and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of scalable, secure coding concepts.
- Experience in Python, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
- Strong client-facing skills for managing technical discussions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and complete complex tasks.
- Effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and support team members.
