Responsibilities
- Configure and build chatbot integrations based on customer requirements.
- Document business requirements and educate customers with technical information.
- Assist with go-live steps and ensure adherence to implementation timelines.
- Track and record billable hours accurately on customer accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate deployments according to customer contracts.
- Handle customer interactions professionally to foster loyalty and business growth.
- Create design documents, functional requirements, test use cases, and deployment guides.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven experience as a Bot Developer or in a similar integration role.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and modern authentication standards.
- Understanding of browser security, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Ability to read API documentation and implement proof of concepts.
- Strong understanding of user experience and conversational interfaces.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills on SaaS applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a high-level environment.
