Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research into B2B customer requirements.
- Research messaging protocols and legal regulations for emergency services.
- Identify and vet potential SMS aggregation partners.
- Assist with manual testing of demos in various scenarios.
- Support teams by building AI-driven tools to reduce manual overhead.
Requirements
- Ability to validate complex technical and legal requirements for emergency messaging.
- Experience or interest in building functional, AI-driven toolkits.
- Capability to develop scalable processes from pilot projects.
- Passion for using technology to save lives and address global challenges.
- Strong communication skills to deliver a comprehensive 'Expansion Playbook'.
- Availability for the internship from August 1 - October 31, 2026.
