Responsibilities
- Develop technical designs for complex client- and server-side features supporting new financial instruments.
- Implement critical high-performance C++ functionality within the SOLA Clearing platform.
- Develop rigorous unit tests and contribute to automated integration testing.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Help evolve robust, reliable, and secure clearing systems within a multidisciplinary squad.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technological field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in C++ application development.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Git for version control.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
- Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes is desirable.
- Interest in or experience with financial markets, clearing, or post-trade activities is desirable.
- Experience in Agile environments and proficiency with the Atlassian suite, Jira, or Confluence are desirable.
