Base Salary
$165k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Become a key contributor to the team and take responsibility for subsystem success.
- Participate in medium to large impact team initiatives and execute projects within a year.
- Help with interviewing potential teammates.
- Create technical designs addressing cost efficiency, security, and observability.
- Deliver technical plans, one-pagers, DRs, and other artifacts.
- Work with tools like Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, and Docker to deliver work.
- Improve developer velocity and harden reliability and observability across the company.
- Participate in on-call rotations and address root causes of issues.
Requirements
- Expertise in stateless/fault tolerant systems and familiarity with eventing patterns.
- Experience with agentic tooling for issue detection and mitigation in production.
- Ability to weigh technical and business trade-offs effectively.
- Enjoy cross-team collaboration and promote a positive team environment.
- Data-oriented with experience in leveraging data for decision-making.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, GCP, and Terraform.
