Base Salary
$190k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure to scale with the company and remain simple for engineers to use.
- Design Terraform modules, Helm charts, and GitHub Actions workflows for operating and deploying the software platform.
- Develop platform capabilities with Go or Python and support Node.js, React, and Next.js applications.
- Implement actionable monitoring and runbooks for a stable environment.
- Build agent skills and use generative AI to augment daily work.
- Refactor internal code into reusable, versioned packages.
- Design data-segregation strategies that keep client data separated while minimizing complexity.
- Partner with security and product engineering on secure software supply-chain delivery pipelines.
- Provide runtimes, build pipelines, and deployment patterns for engineering teams.
- Continuously improve platform tooling, processes, and development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Full-lifecycle development and debugging experience in Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript environments.
- Proven experience in web-based software development.
- Knowledge of platforms, data movement, API design standards, development patterns, and operational best practices.
- Experience organizing AWS applications in single-tenant configurations is a nice-to-have.
- Prior healthcare-sector experience is a nice-to-have.
