Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end system features across user interfaces, backend code, and Azure infrastructure.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level and cross-team technical decisions.
- Lead system feature design and implementation in alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Provide solutions for immediate and multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional software integration and deployment.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Use approved AI assistants for Azure architecture design, infrastructure-as-code authoring, documentation, and test planning, while validating security, identity, networking, resilience, deployment risk, cost, and client-data protection.
- Architect Azure-hosted LLM services and retrieval-augmented generation solutions with secure data access, identity controls, private networking, observability, and human approval gates.
- Evaluate AI response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture and experience with cloud service models, infrastructure as code, and scalable application design.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture, with familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Ability to design secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud solutions and automate deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous delivery processes.
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment management, including securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.
- Hands-on experience using approved AI assistants with context-rich prompting, generated-design review, and deployment validation.
- Ability to architect Azure-hosted LLM services, structured outputs, and retrieval-augmented generation with secure data access and governance controls.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
