Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations connecting Google AI products with customer APIs, legacy data silos, live infrastructure, and security perimeters.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic-system accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and product friction, converting them into reusable modules or formal product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams and establish development practices that support long-term project success and end-user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience building and shipping production-grade AI-driven solutions to internal or external customers using Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
- Experience building scalable structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with C-suite stakeholders and engineering teams to define AI and hardware infrastructure requirements.
- Experience architecting scalable AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Google’s ADK, ReAct, self-reflection, hierarchical delegation, integrated systems, real-time inference, model quantization, higher-education customers, LLM-native metrics, state management, granular tracing, Vertex AI Pipelines, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
